Had a client today asking about all the ways you can manage contacts in outlook. We had a nice 20 minute discussion. I told him I would see if I could find any additional information about contacts ont the web and post it to our blog. Therefore after a little searching on youtube, I came up with this great tutorial on the powerful contact feature in outlook. i hope you all find this usefull!!
